Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase?
We’re here to help – with a personal, professional, and transparent service:

  • You have 14 days to withdraw, starting from the day after you receive your order.
  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We'll provide a proper solution.

Note: Most of our products are cosmetic and hygiene-related. Therefore, the following legal exception applies:

In accordance with article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law:
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

If the seal is intact, the product can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Simply inform us by sending an email to customerservice@myblossco.com. You are not required to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product.

  • Please send it in its original condition and packaging.
  • You can also exchange it in our physical store (see address below).
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • You are responsible for using the correct return address and shipping details.


Refunds

  • The full purchase amount, including the original delivery charges, will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
  • We may wait until we have received the returned item(s), or you have proven that you have returned them.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
