Who are we?

Mybloss is a Belgian beauty brand focused on powerful self-care products for lashes, brows, and eyes.

From our office in the heart of Antwerp, we work with a young and driven team every day to grow our brand. As a start-up, we move fast, think creatively, and each of us takes on a lot of responsibility. Everyone is involved, feels essential, and truly helps build the future of Mybloss.

What will you do?

• You will respond to customer emails and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

• You will process orders, returns, samples, and PR packages

• You will place small orders for office and work materials and keep an overview

• You will communicate with suppliers (for events, catering, stands, branding materials…)

• You will assist in organizing events, trainings, and trade shows

• You will be present at trade fairs and support our pop-up shop during the holiday season

• You will support the sales team with prospect lists, CRM updates, and scheduling

Who are you?

• You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role

• You are professional, mature, and hands-on

• You can work independently and love structure

• You are solution-oriented and flexible

• You have an affinity for beauty, self-care, and lifestyle

• You speak fluent Dutch. French or English is a plus

• You have a valid driver’s license (B)

• You are looking for a full-time job where you can truly make a difference
