About Mybloss
Mybloss is a fast-growing Belgian beauty brand focused on lash, brow, and eye care. Our mission? To inspire customers to enhance their natural beauty with products and experiences that truly work. This winter, we are opening an interactive pop-up at Wijnegem Shopping Center – the perfect opportunity to join our team during the busiest and most festive season of the year.
What will you do?
• Advise and guide customers with their purchases
• Actively sell and present our products in an enthusiastic way
• Contribute to creating a unique experience in the pop-up – every customer should feel special
• Keep the pop-up tidy, organized, and inviting
• Proactively come up with solutions when challenges arise
• Help make Black Friday, the Christmas season, and the sales period a great success
Who are we looking for?
• You have an affinity with beauty and preferably experience in sales or beauty care (make-up, skincare, or related fields)
• You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energized by interacting with people
• You have strong sales skills and persuasive abilities
• Punctuality, tidiness, and reliability are second nature to you
• You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented
• You are flexible, available on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays
• You can independently commute to Wijnegem Shopping Center

2. Digital & Online Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Start date: December 2025
Contract: Fixed-term (3 months), with possibility of permanent position
Location: Antwerp (office hours 9AM–5PM)
About us
At Myblosss, everything revolves around self-care, natural beauty, and community. We’re a young Belgian beauty brand in full growth, looking for a Digital & Online Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and accelerate our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Are you ambitious, creative, and data-driven? Then this might be the perfect match.
What will you do?
• Manage daily online marketing activities
• Set up, optimize, and report on Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Build flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase), launch campaigns, and manage segmentation
• Work in Shopify to schedule promos, launch products, and optimize pages
• Coordinate marketing actions around seasons, peak moments, and product launches
• Help build and manage our influencer program
• Conduct competitor analysis, run A/B tests, and identify growth opportunities
• Pitch new ideas, propose creative concepts, and analyze results
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 1–2 years of experience in online marketing (e-commerce or D2C)
• Is familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads and/or Klaviyo
• Can confidently work in Shopify (promotions, apps, basic content edits)
• Works independently, is well-organised and takes initiative
• Thinks in terms of data, not assumptions
It’s a plus if you also have:
• Basic knowledge of SEO or CRO
• Skills in Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with influencer or affiliate programs
• A genuine interest in beauty and self-care
