Hi Allround Social Media Specialist,

MyBloss is growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative, digital all-rounder to strengthen our team! Do you have a passion for beauty, always stay updated on the latest social trends, and know how to grow a brand with content? Then this is your chance! ✨

As an Allround Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our online presence. You’ll not only work on content for our social channels, such as MyBloss, Bloss Antwerp, and MyBloss Pro, but also contribute to the visual and graphic identity of our brands. You’ll help design packaging materials, limited edition boxes, campaign visuals, and materials for events. You’re the link that makes our brands shine, both online and offline.

What will you be doing?
• Social media content: brainstorming, creating, and managing posts, stories, Reels, and videos for our brands MyBloss, Bloss Antwerp, and MyBloss Pro.
• Graphic design: contributing to packaging designs, limited edition boxes, campaign visuals, and other graphic materials.
• Shoot organization: supporting photoshoots and video days, including styling and props.
• Trend watching: staying updated on the latest trends and translating them into fresh content and creative campaigns.
• Strategy & analysis: contributing to content strategy, creating schedules, and analyzing the performance of our posts.
• Community engagement: building a strong connection with our followers and engaging them in our brand story.

What are we looking for in you?
• You have a passion for social media and are always in the loop with the latest trends.
• You’re experienced with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar programs.
• You’re creative and have an eye for detail in both content and graphic design.
• You have an affinity for beauty and understand what appeals to our target audience.
• You’re an organizational talent who can independently plan and execute shoots and projects.
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
• You’re available for 32-40 hours per week.
