MyBloss is a fast-growing Belgian beauty brand with a passion for natural beauty. We offer innovative lash, brow, and eye care products loved by both consumers and professionals. As a start-up, we are ambitious and focused on growth in Belgium and the Netherlands, and we are looking for a driven Start-Up Sales Manager to help achieve this vision and eventually lead a sales team.

Your Role:
Flexibility is key in this role: you will work 4 days a week from our office in the heart of Antwerp at Eilandje and 1 day a week on the road for client visits. This balance may vary depending on the period, such as during important trade shows, press days, or events. We are looking for someone ready to grow with our brand in a dynamic role where no two weeks are the same.

At MyBloss, your primary focus will be on the B2B segment, where you will build sustainable relationships with our clients and ensure our products find the right market. Additionally, you will be responsible for our professional line of products for lashlift artists, which form an essential part of our business.

What You Will Do:

  • Attract New B2B Clients: Expand our customer base by actively approaching and convincing new retail locations salons of our products.
  • Support Existing B2B Clients: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, support them in their sales efforts, and anticipate their needs, with special attention to our professional line for lashlift artists.
  • Seize Strategic Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on every opportunity to generate additional sales, whether through upselling, cross-selling, or new product introductions.
  • Flexible Working and Travel: Attend trade shows, press days, and events and adjust your workweek accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with marketing and product development to align campaigns and customer needs.
  • Grow with the Start-Up: Contribute to strategic planning and prepare to lead a sales team in Belgium and the Netherlands in the future.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education and Experience: You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Commercial Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience in a similar sector of 2-3 years may substitute for a degree.
  • Flexible and Enthusiastic: Flexibility is crucial for this role; you have an energetic personality and adapt easily to a changing schedule.
  • Punctual and Organized: You are detail-oriented and work in an organized manner to manage your time and tasks efficiently.
  • Communicative and Empathetic: You are strong in communication and have a good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Fluent in Three Languages: You have excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, suitable for our focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Affinity with Cosmetics: A passion for beauty and cosmetics is essential; experience in beauty sales is a plus.
  • Sales-Driven: You seize every sales opportunity and have a natural drive to generate revenue.
  • Growth-Oriented: You want to grow with MyBloss and are motivated to eventually lead a sales team.
