General Terms and Conditions - MYBLOSS
These terms and conditions govern the services provided by MYBLOSS within the European Union. Hereafter, "MYBLOSS" is referred to as "the Distributor." These rules define liability principles in case of non-performance or improper performance of services.
By purchasing services from MYBLOSS, you automatically agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
These rules define the nature and scope of the services provided, the general conditions of use, contract terms, and the complaint procedure.

Delivery
Delivery takes place within 2 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are communicated to you when placing your order and are charged in addition to the price of the products. All products are usually in stock. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and deliver it as soon as possible.
Changes to delivery address
The order will be delivered to the address you provided. If you notice an error after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@myblossco.com. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed after confirmation. We are not liable for delivery to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Order cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation and processing in our system. We cannot guarantee that emails requesting cancellation or changes will be noticed in time. Please contact us promptly via hi@myblossco.comand mention your order number.
General delivery terms
Products are shipped via Bpost in accordance with their general terms. The customer must personally receive the goods. Full delivery and payment terms can be found on the Bpost website.
Order issues
If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us at customerservice@myblossco.com. We will work to resolve it quickly and effectively.
Missing or defective items
If a product is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at customerservice@myblossco.com, mentioning your order number. We will replace the item. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Quality control
All our products undergo quality checks. If you believe a product does not meet quality standards, contact hi@myblossco.com. If it concerns a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item free of charge. If required, products may be sent to a lab for further investigation. If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will also be refunded.
Payment
Orders can be placed online from anywhere in the world.
Refunds and overpayments
In accordance with Belgian consumer protection law (Book VI, articles VI.45 and VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after delivery, without stating a reason. Only the direct return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Exception for sealed cosmetics
Most of our products are cosmetic items. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.
As stipulated in article VI.53, 5° of the Code of Economic Law:
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
If the product is still sealed, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Simply inform us via customerservice@myblossco.com. You are not required to provide a reason.

Please include proof of purchase or a copy of the invoice to help us process your return faster.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after confirmation. The refund will be made to the original payment method. In some cases, we may request your bank account details to complete the transfer.
We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete return information provided by the customer.
Final provision
MYBLOSS reserves the right to unilaterally modify the service terms and pricing. Changes take effect upon publication in these terms. Changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
